I have spent the majority of my working life leading teams in the Financial Services Sector, in large FTSE 100 CO’s, The Mutual Sector and running my own Co.s.

My passion and interest throughout my career has been working with individuals and teams seeking to understand them and helping them to achieve their goals, improve their performance and challenge themselves to be the best they can be.

As a coach I work with individuals predominantly from the business community , who want to fulfill their potential and develop themselves , listening profoundly to “ their story” , working with them to make “ the shifts” in their thoughts and actions to allow them to grow and develop as individuals , leaders and colleagues.

At “ YES coach” I work with Leaders and Senior Managers predominantly from the business community , offering one to one coaching , listening profoundly , understanding and working with them to make the required “ shifts” to allow that individual to lead a happier , more fulfilled and productive life.
